Billing terms
Weekday hours
Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00. Rates increase by 30% outside working hours and 50% at weekends.
On-site work
The minimum on-site visit in Zagreb is three hours. For locations more than 30 km from Zagreb, a consultant day costs €680.00 plus travel expenses.
Travel expenses
€0.50 per kilometre plus tolls and, where applicable, accommodation and per diem, calculated from Aliquantum’s office to the customer site.
Billing units
Remote support under a support agreement is billed in 15-minute units. Other work follows the billing units stated in the published price list and contract.
