Importing HZZO sick leave notices into PANTHEON

Automated import of sick leave data from an HZZO file into absence records and payroll in PANTHEON.

The HZZO e-Health portal provides employee sick leave data in a downloadable file. We developed a procedure that imports this data directly into PANTHEON absence records.

During import, the data is linked to the appropriate payroll earning type according to the sick leave classification. HR and payroll teams avoid entering the same information again for each employee.

The solution is particularly useful for companies and accounting firms with many employees because it speeds up notice processing and reduces manual transfer errors.
